The challenge

A contractor that lists six services without showing the work reads as one that is not very good at any of them. And the person reading is not a casual visitor. It is a developer or a hotel group deciding whether to trust this firm with a building. They decide on finished projects, not on descriptions, and they check the company registration before they admire the photography.

Our approach

We put the finished buildings first. Each service opens onto the projects that prove it, so nothing is claimed without evidence behind it. The named jobs — the St. Regis refurbishment, NAR, Al Mandaloun, Bab Al Sharq and the Moyses Stevens kiosk — sit in a band near the top of the page, with the year on each, so a visitor meets them in the first few seconds instead of hunting through a menu. Both company registrations and both Doha phone numbers appear on every page, because that is the first thing this buyer looks for.

The outcome

Six services that read as one capable firm, each backed by a named, dated project a developer can go and check.

  • The projects index, filterable by design, fit-out and MEP work.
  • Project cards for Gymmito, the St. Regis refurbishment and Guerlain Spa.
  • Further projects, including Al Mandaloun and the Hakkasan terrace.
  • The company activities page, breaking out each service line.
